About Darnell

Darnell R. Mckinnon is an American writer and author. He was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. In the Summer of 2008 he became an author with release of his first published book “Tug of Conflict” which is based on young men and their battles against the rebellious lifestyle. He penned the book based on the experiences of his peers and himself while growing up. Those experiences inspired him to put together a non-fiction book that will assist parents, teachers, mentors, and other associates of young men. In the Summer of 2009, Darnell completed his second book which is titled “The L Factor- Find out what Quality men REALLY want.” The book is currently available via pre-release on the L Factor’s website www.thelfactorbook.com and is scheduled to be officially released in 2012. Besides being an author, Darnell is currently working on a film project as a featured writer, as well as a freelance writer for numerous magazines and websites.
