What is the treadmill effect?

Many people are currently going through situations that are caused by the treadmill effect. The treadmill effect is basically making moves towards success and your goals, but getting nowhere fast. The results of putting in effort and not seeing results can be very stressful and discouraging. The treadmill effect can not only affect your life, but it can also affect the people who are in your immediate circle lives.

For example: Many people are pursuing a career in things like music and other career fields were the success rates and ratios of getting into those careers are very slim. When some of the people who are pursuing careers in those fields realize that they are making moves but not getting closer to their goal, they are affected by the treadmill effect. The treadmill effect can affect anything, whether it be your own personal relationships, your career, or even your own life. The best way to handle the treadmill effect is to always have a plan B. A plan B is a backup plan, and I suggest that the backup plan is in another career field. Too many times people throw away their lives because of the treadmill effect. Many people are in prison, dead, or homeless because of this. The first option is to endure, and the other option is to always have a plan B when being affected by the treadmill effect.
